Lamb Liver Baby Rice Cereal

Wash a pair of fresh lamb liver

Cut into larger pieces, and then soak and clean with clean water repeatedly. Soak for a few minutes to clean, and rinse repeatedly until the water is no longer bloody

Then cut into pieces with a thickness of about 5 mm, and continue to soak and clean repeatedly until the water is not bloody and becomes clear. This repeated soaking and cleaning is to soak out as much blood impurities in the liver as possible

Then put water in the pot, choose 5-6 slices of lamb liver without fascia into the pot, add carrots and onion slices to remove the fishy

Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes to cook the lamb liver

When steaming rice, specially steam a small bowl of soft and rotten rice, take a small spoon, pour the rice, lamb liver slices and appropriate amount of boiling water into the cooking machine

Stir with a cooking stick until the rice paste is delicate

Tips:
1. After soaking large pieces of sheep liver, choose a few pieces with less fascia and put them in a sealed box in the refrigerator. Take out one piece at a time and thaw it as fresh, and then cook it as a supplement for your baby.
2. Today I specially steamed a bowl of rice, sometimes with baby formula rice, and added the cooked liver.
