Lamb Skewers and Pineapple Salad

I use Dole Golden Pineapple, which is called pineapple. Pineapple can be eaten directly without salt water treatment. The pineapple is cut open first, and the flesh is dug out to form a container. Use it for salad later.

Cut the pineapple pulp into thin slices, the size you like, and the thickness is even.

Paired with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and lettuce, they are all good ingredients rich in vitamin C, which can supplement the body's nutrients without causing a burden.

Wash all, cut the cucumber into slices, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and tear the lettuce into small pieces.

Add a little oil to the frying pan, fry the lamb skewers, or bake them in the oven. I bought marinated lamb skewers, so I don’t need to season it and choose lean meat without fat.

Put the vegetables and pineapple in the cooking bowl, add the seafood salad sauce, and mix well. The calories of seafood salad sauce is much less than the pulling force, so you can eat it with confidence.

Put the pineapple container underneath the lettuce leaf cushion, load the mixed salad, and start eating.

Tips:
1. If you don't want to consume a little bit of calories, omit the lamb skewers and replace the salad sauce with vinaigrette, which is healthier.
2. Choose the type of vegetables you like with low calories.
