Lamb Stew with Bean Curd

1. Lamb blanched and reserved

2. Add hot water to the pot, add lamb, pepper, cooking wine, aniseed, cinnamon, onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili to boil over high heat and simmer slowly until the meat is tender

3. Soak the dried tofu to soften, tear into small pieces for later use

4. Put oil in a pot, add shallots and garlic until fragrant

5. Add tofu skin, mutton, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper noodles and stewed mutton soup and simmer until the soup is dried

6. Out of the pot
