Lamb Stew with Radish

A piece of lamb, wash

Diced

Blanch the water, remove the blood foam, remove it for use

Cut radish

Chopped green onion, ginger, aniseed, and dried chili are ready

Heat oil in a stone pot, add green onion, ginger, aniseed, chili, and saute

Put the lamb and stir fry for a while

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine

Stir fry for two minutes

Heat water, simmer slowly after boiling

Add radish when simmering until 1/3 of the soup remains

Stew until the radishes are half cooked, add salt to taste

Simmer for a few more minutes until the radishes are cooked through
14.
Sprinkle some coriander to decorate it
