Lamb Stew with White Radish

Ingredients: Lamb, wash the lamb and cut into pieces, soak the bleeding water in clean water, and then control the water to dry.

Material: white radish.

Seasoning: Ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, grass fruit, orange peel.

Wash the white radish, peel, and cut into hob pieces.

Add oil in a clay pot and sauté ginger slices until fragrant.

Put the lamb in.

Add the soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine and stir-fry until it is colored.

Put all the spices in.

Add appropriate amount of water to submerge the lamb, cover the pot and bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low heat for an hour and a half. (Note: The mutton will be stewed for a long time, so enough water should be added at one time)

After an hour and a half, add the white radish and continue to simmer until the soup thickens and the white radish is soft and ready to be served.
