Lao Duck Pot

Clean up the ducks.

Remove the head and claws and cut in half.

Pour cold water into the pot, boil it and cook for 1 minute to remove the peculiar smell.

Remove and rinse.

Wash the carrots and cut into pieces.

Also wash the white radish and cut into pieces.

Put the washed old duck into the soup pot and add some ginger slices.

Add cold water.

Turn on the power, cover and simmer.

After boiling, simmer for about 30 minutes to remove any floating oil foam.

Add carrots and white radish, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
12.
Season with salt to turn off the heat.
13.
Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to serve.
Tips:
1. In order to reduce the intake of some fat, it is best to skim the slick oil.
2. Just add salt to taste, the taste is very delicious.
