Lao Gan Ma Soft Tofu

Purchase a box of fresh Baiyu fresh tofu (must look at the date), a bottle of Lao Ganma, and 2 scallions, washed and water-controlled.

Use the tip of a knife to cut through the plastic film of the tofu, buckle it back on the plate, and drain the excess juice. Strike a knife along the length from the middle, and then cut it horizontally into even pieces. Don't spoil the shape of the tofu.

Spread the old godmother evenly on the tofu with a spoon.

Shred the shallots with a top knife.
5.
Sprinkle the chopped green onion evenly on the tofu, and evenly sprinkle the salt on the chopped green onion. It's OK.
