Green Vegetable Tofu Soup

Wash fresh rapeseed, a box of white jade tofu, and a bundle of vermicelli.

Take the tofu out of the box, cut into large pieces and set aside.

Wash the rapeseed separately.

Heat the wok with oil, add garlic slices and sauté.

Add the rapeseed and stir fry, add an appropriate amount of water, and add salt.

Put the tofu cubes in and cook for 5 minutes, add MSG and turn off the heat.

Sprinkle chopped green onion, sesame oil and pepper in the soup bowl.

Put the cooked tofu soup into the soup bowl.
Tips:
Baiyu tofu will make the soup tender. If you don’t like it, you can also use northern tofu or southern tofu. \nDried fans have to be added in advance. If you are a well-sowed fan, don't let it go too early.
