Lao Ya Stewed Yam

Half a duck.

Cut into large pieces and let the pot under cool water. Add green onion and ginger cooking wine to a boil. Rinse it with the water in the pot, don't rinse it with cold water.

Half a duck, two yam roots, and a small bag of medlar.

Add some soy sauce to fry the rock sugar to make the sugar color.

Add the old duck and stir fry.

Stir-fry and put in the pressure cooker.

Put the green onion, ginger and garlic in a tea bag.

Add soup, add some cooking wine, add ingredients package. There is no limit to the amount of soup, depending on whether you want soup or meat.

Close the lid and set for 20 minutes. Start making soup.

Peel the yam and put it in light salt water immediately.

Cut the yam into hob pieces, and wash the medlar.

When the soup pot is ready, use absorbent paper to suck out the oil.

Put the yam in the boiling soup and simmer for three to five minutes.
