I like the hot and sour taste. I found Laotan sauerkraut when I was shopping in the supermarket. I happened to have freshly made beef stock and beef at home, so I thought of this dish.

Laotan Pickled Cabbage Beef Soup

1. Prepare beef cubes, green onion, ginger, and sauerkraut

2. After the oil is hot, sauté the scallions and ginger first, then add the sauerkraut

3. Stir-fry will put the beef stock and a bowl of water in the pot. After the soup is boiled, put the onion, ginger, pepper and chicken essence.

Tips:

Absolutely delicious and nutritious, and low-energy, it needs beef broth to taste delicious
