Curry Beef Rice

I chose a small potato, half a small carrot, a small onion, half a small potato, cut the potato and carrot into small pieces, and shred the onion. Put all into the pot and cook.

While waiting, prepare a piece of beef (see my other recipe: beef noodle) and cut into small pieces.

While waiting for the potatoes to be cooked, prepare a bowl of rice (see my other recipe: steamed rice)

The rice is buckled in the plate.

For one person, I only used a curry cube.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the beef cubes and then the curry cubes. Be sure to stir, otherwise it will paste the bottom. When the curry cubes are melted, turn off the heat.

Put the cooked curry ingredients on the plate and set a shape.
