Beef Hot and Sour Jelly

2. If you can make your own jelly, you can make it yourself. If you don’t know how to make it, just buy it and let it go outside with boiling water

3. Cut the cooked beef into small cubes, not too big, cut the green onion and set aside

5. Cut the jelly into thin strips

6. Add half a bowl of water, a spoonful of vinegar, salt and a few drops of sesame oil to Laoganma beef bean paste. If you like a bit more exciting, you can add 2 drops of mustard oil

7. First put the shallots, garlic, chili, and beef diced on the jelly. The beef can also be kept temporarily. If you want to be more fragrant, you can also deep-fry some peanuts and sprinkle on it. I didn’t dare to put it because I had burns recently

8. Put the adjusted sauce in the pot and simmer, the beef cubes can also be added and simmered together

9. Pour the boiled sauce on the jelly when it's half cold

10. The deliciousness can be enjoyed to your heart's content.
