Laotan Pickled Cabbage Tofu

Prepare a box of soft tofu and two packs of sauerkraut

Cut the tofu into pieces, soak in hot water to remove the beany

Heat the pan with oil, stir fry the sauerkraut

Add a bowl of water, equal to the amount of tofu, and bring to a boil
