Large Yellow Croaker with Green Onion

Wash yellow croaker to remove scales and internal organs.

Add 30 ml of cooking wine, two spoons of edible salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the salt and cooking wine, and use a towel or paper to absorb the water on the surface of the fish. Sprinkle a layer of pepper on the surface of the fish, and then a layer of flour.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fish on both sides until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.

Prepare the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic, as well as some ginger, green pepper, red pepper, and chopped green onions (used to enhance the color when serving the plate).
