Lasagna Version Red Oil Pasta

Prepare the lasagna dry noodles for personal consumption, the seasoning for the red oil noodles (this time use the ready-made seasoning, you can also make your own), and the ingredients are optional.

Add salt to the water to boil, put the dried noodles in boiling water, and cook according to the general method of cooking pasta.

Put the seasonings in a bowl, stir well, and set aside.

When the lasagna is cooked to about 80 to 80%, use chopsticks to divide the whole noodle into narrow noodles.

Tips:
The noodles cannot be cooked until they are fully cooked and then divided. During the process of dividing the noodles with chopsticks, the noodles are still heated and cooked, so it is enough to cook them until they are half cooked.
