I used to eat oily noodles in a noodle restaurant. It was really delicious. So I bought special noodles from the Internet and tried it myself. Finally, I made the oily noodles that my family loves, and it became my specialty.

Original Homemade Oily Noodles

1. Cut cucumber into shreds and set aside, carrots into shreds, and garlic into powder for use. Pay attention to shred the carrots and then blanch them in hot water to remove and drain the water.

2. To adjust the sauce: Pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce into the bowl. It is recommended to add an appropriate amount of salt and white sugar.

3. Chop the peanuts and set aside, and cut the dried chili into sections.

4. Prepare lasagna, I think Jinshahe is a good one. Boil the water and add a proper amount of noodles. After they are cooked, remove them and put them in a bowl for later use

5. Put the shredded cucumber, hot carrots, minced garlic in the bowl from which the noodles are taken out, and pour the sauce. After boiling, pour an appropriate amount of oil, add dried chilies, chopped peanuts, and sprinkle the boiled oil on the surface to complete.

6. Stir well and serve immediately. If you think it’s not spicy enough, you can add some Laoganma chili sauce to enhance the flavor
