Simple Shaanxi Oil Splashed Noodles

Prepare the ingredients for the oily noodles: 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 2 shallots, 2 shallots, 3 garlic cloves, 20 grams of peanuts,

Tips:
After putting the dried noodles in the bowl, be sure to heat the oil as soon as possible and pour the noodles to prevent sticking for too long.
If the dried noodles are not cooked in time after they are removed, they must be rinsed in cold boiling water a few times so that they will not stick when stored.
