Lasagna with Fried Sauce
1.
Dice lotus roots, cut green peppers into cubes, and cut carrots into slices.
2.
Cut garlic.
3.
Blanch the carrot slices in boiling water, add salt and cook the lasagna for about 8 minutes, remove the water and let it cool (it is best to have cold boiled water once to prevent adhesion).
4.
Heat the pan with less oil and sauté the garlic at the bottom of the pan.
5.
Fry the pork filling until the color changes.
6.
Add three spoons of June fragrant bean paste and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add a tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce and stir fry evenly.
8.
Fry the lotus roots for a while.
9.
Add the green peppers and stir-fry evenly, and the starch will be thickened with the water.
10.
Spread lasagna on the bottom of the bowl and then spread a layer of fried sauce.
11.
Repeatedly spread lasagna and fried sauce, spread five layers.
12.
Add a raw egg to the sauce, put it in the oven at 200° and bake for 15 minutes, and the egg liquid will be slightly condensed (adjust the baking time according to your preference).
Tips:
Without a fully cooked egg, bacteria are likely to breed overnight, so the egg must either be roasted or roasted the next morning. If you can bring an egg to the company, it's not bad to put it in the meal at noon.
