Lazy Coke Chicken Wings
1.
After the chicken wings are cleaned, cut them with a flower knife and set aside. (Make sure to taste afterwards)
2.
A small amount of light soy sauce and edible salt, grab the chicken wings. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3.
After the oil is hot, add chicken wings and fry until golden on both sides.
4.
Add cola (touched the chicken wings) and a few rock sugar, and cook on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. (You can put the lid on and simmer for a while)
5.
After cooking until the chicken wings are soft, change to high heat to collect the sauce. (Stir fry more during the period, otherwise it will stick to the pan) When the juice is collected until the juice is thick, turn off the heat and it is ok~
Tips:
Absolutely lazy version, onion, ginger and garlic are useless, students who have a preference can add some when in the pot~
