Lazy Cold Noodles

I use dried noodles.

One hot pepper is enough per person.

Cut the hot peppers into cubes, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and MSG, and marinate for a while. After tasting, it will not be so spicy when you eat it.
