Lazy No-whipped Vanilla Ice Cream
1.
3 egg yolks + 70g white sugar, stir until emulsified and set aside
2.
Boil the milk to a boil and turn off the heat
3.
While stirring the egg yolk paste while it is hot, add the milk little by little. Be sure to stir it while avoiding turning into egg drop soup.
4.
Pour the egg yolk milk liquid back into the pot, cook while stirring on a low heat, until the custard is a bit syrupy, and you can see that the custard is a bit thick to the naked eye. Set aside to cool for later use.
5.
Whipped cream and vanilla extract, beat to 8-9% and set aside
6.
Add the egg yolk milk and mix well with whipped cream
7.
Put 10g dragon fruit into the food processor and stir
8.
Add a little ice cream paste to the dragon fruit paste and mix well, then pour it into the ice cream paste and stir it a little. Don't over-stir it, it won't be marbled.
9.
Put it into a mold and draw a circle with chopsticks to make a marble pattern, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it overnight

Tips:
1. Take it out from the refrigerator if it is too hard, let it soften at room temperature and then dig it out with a spoon
2. You can also add your favorite dried fruits such as cranberries, raisins, etc.
3. The frozen sweetness of ice cream will decrease, so adding 70g of sugar to the recipe will not be very sweet
4. Don't whip the cream too much, which will separate water and oil
