4.
Pour into warm water at about 40 degrees, stir until the yeast has melted, let it stand for 5 minutes, then pour it into the flour.
5.
Use chopsticks to keep stirring the flour until a small loose dough is formed.
6.
Then add olive oil.
7.
Knead the dough by hand instead.

Knead until it becomes a flexible and smooth dough.
9.
Cover the surface of the pot with a layer of plastic wrap, place it in a warm place indoors, and let it wake up naturally for about 1 hour.
10.
After proofing the dough, it will expand about 1.5 times than the original, and the dough will be flattened by hand.
11.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round dough. Place the dough crust on the pizza pan, and use your hands to shape the dough into a pizza crust that is the same size as the pizza pan and slightly thicker around it.
12.
Then pierce a few holes in the pie crust with a fork and let it stand for 10 minutes.

22.
Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and crushed black pepper at the end.
23.
Preheat the oven, put the pizza in the middle of the oven, heat up and down at a temperature of 200-210 degrees, and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
24.
Serve hot.
