Lazy Roasted Chestnut

Wash the chestnuts and let them dry.

Use a knife to cut a cross opening on each chestnut. In fact, you can cut a line, but you must cut the skin, otherwise it will explode when roasting.

Put a little cooking oil and sprinkle with sugar (the powdered sugar is best, I don't have powdered sugar, so I will use ordinary white sugar instead).
