Lazy Version of Double Skin Milk

Prepare materials.

Use a measuring cup to take 160ml of boiling water (about 85 degrees).

Use a measuring spoon to remove 20g double skin milk powder (my measuring spoon is 5g a spoon, take 4 spoons), add 5g sugar (about 1 spoon). Pour into a container for later use.

Slowly pour 160ml of boiling water into the container, and stir it clockwise for 3 minutes while pouring it in to completely dissolve the double skin milk powder, water and sugar.

After cooling at room temperature, place it in the refrigerator for two hours, and the delicious double skin milk will succeed~~~ You can add raisins and honey beans when you eat~~

You can also add your favorite fruits to make it more delicious~~
Tips:
1. The temperature of the double skin milk brewing water is about 85°C. Too high water temperature will cause the double skin milk to stratify (a normal phenomenon), and if the water temperature is too low, it will not solidify.
2. If it is difficult to control the water temperature, you can use freshly boiled water for one minute and then brew the double skin milk powder. You cannot use the water in a thermos (because the temperature is not enough). In winter, you can directly use boiling water to brew and stir.
3. The prepared double skin milk can be stored in the refrigerator for one day and consumed as soon as possible.
