This is a Cantonese dish. The white-cut pork knuckles were originally meant to have the bones removed, and the whole piece was bundled up and cooked and sliced. I didn't have the bones if I couldn't do well with the knife!

Lazy Version of Sha Ginger White Sliced Pork Knuckle

1. Half of the pig's knuckles are cut and washed

2. Put cold water in the pot and add green onions

3. Sliced ginger

4. Bring to a boil until it's cooked through

5. Cooked and plated

6. Sha Jiang clean

7. Chop

8. Heat oil in a hot pan

9. Sauté ginger and fragrant

10. Stir fry and pour it in a bowl

11. Add the right amount of steamed fish soy sauce

12. Add chopped coriander

13. Stir well
