Lean Meat and Mushroom Congee

1. Wash the lean meat. 2. Chop and add some onion oil and chicken essence to marinate for 10-15 minutes. The longer the marinating time, the better the meat and the more fragrant. 3. Soak the mushrooms in boiling water for a few minutes to soften, and cut into three small pieces for later use. (It doesn't matter if you don't cut it)

Wash the rice, pour it into a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, then pour the marinated lean meat, soaked mushrooms, and then add seasoning, salt, and chicken essence. Adjust according to personal taste.

Finally, when the pressure in the pressure cooker is exhausted, you can lift the lid to see if the porridge is sticky, and it is not sticky enough, then cook until it is sticky. After cooking, add a little pepper, or add some celery or green onions. Just delicious and healthy porridge! 😊
