Lemon Barley Water

Prepare the materials.

The barley is treated with a water, rinsed and soaked for about three hours, or soaked before going to bed. You can use it when you wake up the next morning.

Put the soaked barley in a pot with ten times the water and simmer for about an hour and a half.

Wait until the water becomes light milky white and slightly thick.

Wash the lemon slices with brine and remove the seeds.

Turn off the heat and let it stand. When it cools to below 60 degrees, put the barley water into the container, and add sliced lemons to the container.
Tips:
In order to lose weight, there is no sugar. If you like to drink sweet, you can add rock sugar when you boil it, or you can mix it with honey after cooling.
