Lemon Chicken Wings
1.
Choose fresh wing or wing root. If the wing or wing root surface is intact, you can pierce a few holes with a needle on the back to make it easier to marinate the marinade. Add 34.5g of fruity lemon marinade and 100g of ice water to each 1000g wing or wing root. Pour the ice water and marinade into the chicken wings and mix evenly. (The recommended method is to use a sturdy bag, seal it, and place it on the table. Beat and roll until the juice is absorbed by the meat).
2.
Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator freezer for static marinating. It is strongly recommended to marinate for 12~24 hours (in order to make the chicken wings delicious). It is best to turn it every two hours.
3.
Bake the marinated wing roots in an oven, heat them at 170-180°C for about 15 minutes, roast them until they are ripe, and then bake them at 200°C for 3 minutes. This will make the skin brown and attractive. It can also be grilled with the microwave oven grill function, and the time is controlled at about 10 minutes
