Braised Chicken Wings

First cook the chicken wings for 3 minutes, then cut the chicken wings two times diagonally, put ginger slices and 10g cooking wine to marinate.

Wrap in plastic wrap, marinate for 10 minutes, and set aside.

Hot oil, add a little salt, to prevent splashing.

The chicken wings are fried on both sides and golden.

Add 2 scoops of Weijixian soy sauce and 1 scoop of oyster sauce and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to the chicken wings, then add millet pepper, garlic, 2 teaspoons of salt, 5g sugar, 3g vinegar, 2g chicken essence.

Just collect the juice over high heat.

Serve out, add coriander, and it's ready. ❤️
