Lemon Saury

Prepare all materials.

Wash the saury and cut into sections, shred the ginger, and cut the green onions. Marinate the saury with cooking wine, ginger and green onions for 20 minutes.

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the saury pieces in the pan until golden.

Turn to the other side and fry until golden brown.
5.
Cut the lemon into thin slices and place it on a plate. Place the fried saury on top, and squeeze the lemon juice on the fish while eating.
