Lettuce in Oil

Preparation of main raw materials. The lettuce is soaked in light salt water and washed, and the garlic and red pepper are minced.

Take a small bowl, add steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and original flavor, stir well and set aside.

Tips:
