Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Wash the lettuce and mince the garlic.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the lettuce for a few seconds, then quickly remove it and put it on a plate.

Put a little base oil in the wok, add minced garlic and sauté after the oil is hot.

Add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, a thin layer of water starch, boil, and pour it on the lettuce.
