Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Pick the leaves of lettuce, soak in clean water for 10 minutes in a basin, and wash;

Tips:
1. The lettuce blanching time should not be too long, otherwise the color will turn yellow and the taste will not be crisp enough;
2. If you like spicy food, you can also add a little chili.
