Lettuce Sautéed and Dried

Ingredients include: lettuce, fragrant dried, minced ginger and garlic

Cut the dried fragrant into small rectangles for later use.

Lettuce is also cut into pieces, and all the ingredients are ready!

Boil a pot of water, add some salt and oil, then pour the lettuce in and boil the water for two minutes, remove it for use.

Add oil in a hot pan, pour in the minced ginger and garlic and stir fry. After the aroma comes out, pour the lettuce into it and stir fry. This process can be done over high heat.

Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chopped chili sauce and it's OK!
