Lettuce Skewers with Sauce

Put the bamboo skewers in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, and then wash them several times for later use

Lettuce peeled and washed

Use a scraper to scrape the lettuce into long thin slices

Roll up the lettuce slices one by one
