Lettuce with Garlic Oyster Sauce

Wash the tuan lettuce and tear it into large pieces by hand.

Slice garlic and set aside.
3.
Put oil in the pan and saute the garlic slices, remove the garlic.
4.
Pour the lettuce cubes and stir fry.
5.
Add oyster sauce.
6.
Stir it quickly and evenly.
Tips:
Nagging; the oyster sauce itself is very salty, no need to add salt. The stir-frying process should be fast to avoid soup.
