Lettuce with Tempeh
1.
The lettuce is cleaned and the bad places are removed.

Break the lettuce into about 3-4 segments.

When one bag is used, this kind of five-spice tempeh tastes pretty good~

Chop green onions and mince tempeh.
5.
Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add the tempeh and continue to stir fry.
7.
Add the lettuce and stir fry for a while.
8.
After all the water in the lettuce has come out, just collect the juice.
9.
Out of the pot~
Tips:
Tempeh itself is salty, so I didn’t add any other seasonings~
