Lettuce, also known as oatmeal, belongs to the Asteraceae and Lactuca genus. It is a sharp-leaf lettuce with tender shoots and young leaves as products. The leaves are long lanceolate, light green in color, crisp and tender, and the taste is extremely high. Fresh and tender, fragrant, with a unique flavor, it contains a large amount of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and a large amount of calcium, iron and other nutrients. It is the top grade among raw vegetables and is known as the "phoenix tail".
Eat more green vegetables and add vitamins~"

Ingredients

Lettuce with Tempeh

1. The lettuce is cleaned and the bad places are removed.

2. Break the lettuce into about 3-4 segments.

3. When one bag is used, this kind of five-spice tempeh tastes pretty good~

4. Chop green onions and mince tempeh.

5. Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add the tempeh and continue to stir fry.

7. Add the lettuce and stir fry for a while.

8. After all the water in the lettuce has come out, just collect the juice.

9. Out of the pot~

Tips:

Tempeh itself is salty, so I didn’t add any other seasonings~
