Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil
1.
Prepare raw materials: 400 grams of lettuce, half a box of canned dace, appropriate amount of green onions, appropriate amount of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil.
2.
Rinse the lettuce and control the water and cut it into sections. Open the canned dace in tempeh and remove the big thorns, shred the green onion and ginger, and mince the garlic.
3.
After the pot is heated, add a proper amount of peanut oil, add the green onion, ginger and minced garlic when the oil is hot, and stir to create a fragrant flavor.
4.
Add half of the tempeh dace.
5.
Mash the dace with a shovel.
6.
Pour in the cut lettuce.
7.
Stir in the fire.
8.
Stir-fry until the lettuce is soft, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
1. Canned dace in tempeh itself is very salty. When making this dish, you must pay attention to the amount of salt. Add a little salt to the heavier ones, and omit the salt for the lighter ones like I did.
2. You can blanch the lettuce first and then stir-fry it. You can also stir-fry the lettuce first, and then add the dace in the black bean sauce.
