The first dish of the new round of weight-loss cycle, Miss Sister, specially bought the tempeh from Ganzhu to make it. I guess I will have to make it a few times this week :-D

Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

1. Wash the lettuce and cut into sections to control water.

2. Recommend Ganzhu brand tempeh dace, the whole fish is not salty.

3. Take out some fish and cut into cubes, smash the garlic and mince.

4. Put the oil in the pan, the minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.

5. Put the tempeh and half of the diced fish in the can.

6. Add the lettuce and add a little oil.

7. Stir-fry at the maximum, and turn off the heat as shown in the picture.

8. Set the plate, placing the remaining diced fish at the front.

9. Comes with a cooked bean curd noodles, the secret three sauce version!

Tips:

The choice of canned fish is very important, not an advertisement. . . .
It must be the hottest stir fry, and the taste is crunchy.
No salt is needed throughout the process, just a little bit of fuel consumption.
