Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

Open the can and take it out, and use a spoon to cut the large piece of dace into small pieces.

Rinse the lettuce and drain the water, break it into 15 or so sections by hand.

The garlic is flattened and minced.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Pour into the can and stir-fry for a few times. Add the lettuce and stir-fry until the lettuce is completely discolored before serving.
