Lettuce with Tempeh and Dace in Oil

1. Prepare a box of canned dace in tempeh.

2. Wash the lettuce and cut into sections, cut the green onions into small sections, remove the canned dace bones and tear them into strips. Take 30 grams of tempeh and crude oil in the can.

3. Turn the frying spoon on the fire, and pour the crude oil and tempeh in the can when the pan is hot. (Do not put other oil)

4. Add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add the dace, add half a teaspoon of sugar, a little balsamic vinegar, and a little salt and stir well.

6. Add in the lettuce and stir-fry a little chicken powder over high heat.

7. Platter.

Tips:

There is more oil in the can, and the crude oil tastes better. Half of the minced fish is enough for a dish. It is better to add some minced garlic in the pan.
