Light Cream Original Toast

Prepare the bread machine and all the materials: light cream can make the toast more mellow and soft. If there is no light cream, you can replace it with milk, yogurt, and cold water. The dosage depends on the thinness of the liquid to be replaced. You can reserve about 10 grams. Quantity: I only used 2.5 grams of dry yeast in the hot summer. When it’s cold, I can adjust the amount of yeast to between 3-5 grams;

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, put the bread bucket in the Dongling JD08 bread machine, first use a kneading program for 10 minutes;

The dough is soft and agglomerated, add butter when the thick film can be pulled out, and continue to knead the dough for 15-20 minutes;

The dough is soft and moisturized, can hold up a transparent and elastic film, poke a hole, the edge of the hole is smooth and non-jagged; the dough in the picture is not too perfect, if you continue to knead for 2 minutes, it will be better, but due to the high room temperature, Yeast has already begun to take effect, so kneading won't get any better, so just stop at this time;

Place the dough on the kneading pad, shape it slightly with your hands, and gently tap it into a rectangular shape;

Roll up into a roll from top to bottom, leaving no gaps between the dough;

Take out the stirring rod from the bread bucket, put the dough rolls into the bucket, cover the inner and outer lids, use the "fermentation" program for 1 hour, pay attention to the state of the dough, adjust the time appropriately; after 1 hour, I extended it by 20 minute;

The dough is 2.5 times the original size, remove the inner lid, select the "baking" program, 40 minutes;

When the time is up, the bread rises well and the color is even;

Pour the bread on a drying rack, put it in a bag when it is warm to your hands, and store it in slices.

Tips:
1. In hot weather, you can turn on the air conditioner to make bread, or you can cool down the material, use ice water and other methods to delay the fermentation time of the yeast;
2. This side is also suitable for oven-baked toast, or shaped buns; I only used one fermentation today. Although the internal organization is slightly rough, it is generally good and saves a lot of time; but I want to eat it For the perfect and delicate drawing of toast, it is better to have a second fermentation, so this method can be regarded as a lazy method.
