Light Eating Big Sandwich

Pour the milk into the milk warmer and adjust to 55°

Shred lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, slice cucumbers and tomatoes, blanch and slice chicken breasts, sprinkle a little salt and pepper and stir evenly

Adjust the oven to 180° and preheat for 10 minutes. Take two slices of whole wheat toast, cut off the sides of the bread and put them in the oven at 180° and bake for three minutes

Brush a thin layer of oil on a small frying pan, then pound in the eggs and fry them until cooked

In two slices of toast, put vegetables, eggs and chicken breast shreds in layers, and wrap them with plastic wrap (you can apply your favorite sauce on the toast)
