Lily Horseshoe Syrup

Prepared materials. (Horseshoe, the scientific name is water chestnut, it is called differently in various places, and it is sold online and in supermarkets).

Wolfberry.

Old rock candy.

Peel the horseshoe, wash and slice, peel off the lily and clean it.
5.
Put a bowl of water and rock sugar in the pot.
6.
Put in the horseshoe and bring to a boil.
7.
Simmer for ten minutes on low heat.
8.
Add the lily and continue to cook for two or three minutes. (Because fresh lilies will soften quickly)
9.
Add the cleaned wolfberry and continue to cook for one minute.
10.
Turn off the fire.
