Lime Snapper Steak
1.
Frozen sea bream fillets, one piece weighs 330 grams, take it out in advance to thaw
2.
Use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture of the thawed fish fillets. Cut them apart and add lemon juice and a little salt to taste. Mix and marinate for 15 minutes. Because I want to give it to a baby, I only use a small amount of salt, so I can add it in an appropriate amount according to my taste.
3.
It felt too big when I cut two slices, so I cut 4 slices so it's easy to fry
4.
Dip the marinated fish fillets in dry starch, and evenly coat the surface with dry starch.
5.
Drag in the egg
6.
Cover the bread crumbs with bread crumbs
7.
After everything is done, let it sit for a few minutes so that the bread crumbs are firmly attached
8.
After the frying pan is heated, put an appropriate amount of olive oil, and fry the fish steaks over medium-low heat
9.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side, and fry until the surface is golden and turn over. Fry for about 2 minutes, and fry until the surface is golden.
10.
The fish pieces are relatively thick, stand up and fry the sides a little to get out of the pan
11.
Put it on a plate and enjoy it
Tips:
The frying pan I use is a special Western-style cast iron frying pan. This type of pan is thick, not easy to stick, and it does not stick, and the temperature of the pan is more suitable. You can also choose a thicker stainless steel frying pan or a non-stick frying pan.
