1. Prepare materials.

2. Peel the lychee and remove the pit, and cut the loofah and yellow sweet pepper into cubes.

3. Put the yellow pepper in the hot oil in the wok and stir fry a few times.

4. Add the loofah and stir fry until the loofah becomes soft.

5. Add lychees.

6. Stir-fry for a while and add salt and chicken essence to taste.

Tips:

When buying loofahs, you must pick hard ones, so that the loofahs are fresh.



It's best to choose the long and not-so-looking loofah like my picture, which is better than the long and straight loofah.



Try not to use an iron pan when frying loofah, otherwise it will turn black when it comes out.
