Little Flower Umbrella Cake

Get the materials ready.

Mix glutinous rice flour and tapioca flour and pour it into a small bowl.

Pour the milk into the small basin.

Stir the milk, glutinous rice flour, and sugar evenly, and then sift it once.

After dividing the batter into half, add the cocoa powder and stir evenly without particles.

Take a non-stick mold and pour a small spoonful of batter.

Put the mold in a steamer to steam.

After steaming on high heat for 10 minutes, pour in the second batter and steam for 10 minutes. Pour the two kinds of batter alternately until all the batter is used up and fill the mold. After the batter has completely solidified into a cake shape. Take it out after cooling.

Tips:
1. This mold uses the non-stick mold baked by Yangchen. If there is no non-stick mold at home, please put greased paper in the container.
2. When pouring the flour paste alternately, try to take the same amount of flour paste as possible, the cut surface of the finished product will look better. But here I am based on the pattern of the mold.
3. After steaming, it must be cooled before dividing, otherwise it is too soft to cut.
