Liuli Tangyuan

Add boiling water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it until it is not sticky and tenacious, then divide into four balls. Add appropriate amount of matcha powder, red yeast rice powder and cocoa powder to the three balls to form three-color glutinous rice balls.

Take a small portion of each color and knead into a long strip, add together and twist into a twist shape

Cut into small balls of the same size and squash

Pack the pre-prepared fillings, I first pack a two-color, anyway, it is free to play.

Cut carrots into patterns and put them in the finished Liuli Tangyuan. After boiling, steam for 10 minutes

Don’t steam it for too long, or the glutinous rice cakes that won’t come out of the pan.
