Add sago after the water is boiled.

Cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sago has no white spots.

Drain the sago into the cold water.

Prepare pure milk and coconut milk.

Add pure milk and coconut milk to an appropriate amount of rock sugar (add according to taste), cook on the switch, and let cool.

After cooling, the milk milk and sago are served together.

Put in longan and eat.

Here, let me remind you that my sago is actually a kind of sweet potato balls unique to our home in Chaoshan. This is made by an aunt of mine. It looks the same as sago, and tastes much better than sago.
