Use warm water to dissolve the yeast and let it sit for a while.

Pour the yeast water and flour into the bread bucket and mix it with chopsticks.

Start a kneading program and knead it into a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size.

Take out the exhaust.

Divide into small tablets the size of ping-pong balls. (Size as you like)

Take a small dose, round it, and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling dough (not a long oval).

Tips:
1. The hole should be darker, it will be smoother after steaming.
2. Because I made it in winter, I put it on warm water when I made the second hair. If I made it in summer, just leave it outside for 15-20 minutes.
3. Do not open the lid immediately after steaming, otherwise there will be retraction. It should be stuffy for 3-5 minutes. When lifting the lid, be careful that water vapor drips on the surface of the flower leaf clip.
4. Put your favorite dishes, I used shredded pork, egg shreds, and lettuce. If you like sweet ones, you can also add a layer of jam.
